September 22nd marked the first day of fall, but you may have noticed the change in seasons prior to this day. The leaves turn red and orange, the air becomes crisp, and pumpkins become plentiful. Just as our environment changes around us in fall, we change too. Fall is symbolically a perfect time to get curious about what thoughts and behaviors are helpful and unhelpful to your personal growth. Grab your journal and take 10 minutes to allow the following questions to prompt reflection around the new season:
Fall is synonymous with abundance since crops are planted in the spring and ready for harvest in the fall. Many animals also prepare for hibernation in the fall. With hibernation on the horizon, some animals are proactively compiling resources so that they can increase rest in the winter. Just like these animals, what can you do now to help you in the future? I hope this fall brings you an abundance of growth, change and rest.
